網上購買程序

  1. 首先，請到網上商店選擇您想要購買的貨品。
  2. 選擇您要選購的貨品和數量，然後按一下「加入購物車」按鈕。
  3. 按一下「查看購物車」，核對購物車內的貨品和數量是否正確。
  4. 按照指示填寫您的個人資料、送貨方式（可選擇順豐速運或荔枝角門市自取）、付款方式和其他相關資料。核實選購內容後，按一下「確認訂單」按鈕。
  5. 收到您的訂單後，系統將會在 24 小時內發送確認電郵通知到您登記的電子郵箱，也會在 24 小時內透過 WhatsApp 與您確認訂單細節。
  6. 如果您沒有收到上述文件，請檢查您的垃圾郵箱，因為您的互聯網服務提供商可能會為您的電郵帳號加入攔截功能，導致部分郵件自動掉進垃圾郵箱。如果仍然無法收到上述文件，請與我們聯絡，我們將盡快為您處理。
  7. 收到您的付款後，我們會在 72 小時內根據您的指示寄出您選購的產品。

 

Online Purchase Procedure

  1. Browse and Select: Visit our online store and select the items you wish to purchase.

     

  2. Add to Cart: Choose the desired items and quantities, then click the “Add to Cart” button.

     

  3. Review Cart: Click “View Cart” to verify the items and quantities in your shopping cart.

     

  4. Checkout: Follow the instructions to fill in your personal information, delivery method (SF Express or self-pickup at our Lai Chi Kok location), payment method, and other required details. After confirming your selections, click the “Confirm Order” button.

     

  5. Order Confirmation: After receiving your order, our system will send a confirmation email to your registered email address within 24 hours. We will also contact you via WhatsApp within 24 hours to confirm the order details.

     

  6. Check Spam/Junk Folder: If you do not receive the aforementioned documents, please check your spam or junk folder. Your internet service provider may have filtering features that automatically send some emails to these folders. If you still cannot find the confirmation, please contact us, and we will assist you as soon as possible.
  7. Shipping: Upon receiving your payment, we will ship your selected products within 72 hours according to your instructions.

有關付款

本店目前提供以下兩類付款方法：

  1. 轉賬 – 轉數快 FPS / 匯豐銀行 HSBC PayMe 
  2. 到店付款 (敬請預約)
    • 即使打算選擇到店付款或/及荔枝角店自取，都請您先到網店下單，好讓本店確定為您準備好貨品在店內才約實取貨時間。
    • 店舖地址：九龍荔枝角長沙灣道778-784號香港中心15樓1509室（近荔枝角站B1出口），在15樓出lift後轉右直行盡頭

本店只接受港幣 HKD。國內或海外的顧客請透過電郵/WhatsApp聯絡我們作特別安排。

下單後系統會自動發出一個電郵通知，然後本店會發WhatsApp訊息跟您溝通和提供付款資訊。

 

Payment Information

We currently offer the following two payment methods:

  • Bank Transfer: Faster Payment System (FPS) / HSBC PayMe
  • In-Store Payment: (Please make an appointment)

Even if you plan to choose in-store payment and/or self-pickup at our Lai Chi Kok location, please place your order online first. This allows us to confirm and prepare the items for you before you arrive. We will then arrange a suitable time for you to pick up your order.

We only accept Hong Kong Dollars (HKD). For domestic or overseas customers, please contact us via email or WhatsApp for special arrangements.

After placing your order, the system will automatically send an email notification. We will then contact you via WhatsApp to discuss payment and provide payment information.

有關送貨

本店目前提供以下兩種香港本地運送或收貨方法：

  1. 順豐速運 SF Express
    • 本地上門派至住宅/工商地址
    • 劃一收費$30，會一併計入訂單。
  2. 門市自取(敬請預約)
    • 由於貨品種類繁多而店內空間有限，即使您打算選擇到店自取或/及付款，都請先行網上下單及敬請預約，好讓本店確定為您準備好貨品在店內才約實取貨時間。

Delivery Information

We currently offer the following two local delivery or collection methods in Hong Kong:

  • SF Express: Door-to-door delivery to residential/commercial addresses. A flat fee of $30 will be included in the order.
  • Self-Pickup at Lai Chi Kok Location: (Please make an appointment) Due to the variety of products and limited space in our store, even if you plan to choose self-pickup and/or payment in-store, please place your order online and make an appointment in advance. This allows us to confirm and prepare the items for you before you arrive. We will then arrange a suitable time for you to pick up your order.

有關預購

  1. 產品出版商公告之發售時間僅供參考，香港實際到貨日期以本店出貨通知為準； 
  2. 預訂產品皆有可能因廠商供貨不足而斷貨，此乃不可控因素； 
  3. 預訂訂單一經提交，恕不接受取消，請務必核實所有資料。如因閣下所填寫之資料導致派送失誤，本公司概不負責； 
  4. 商品如因任何情況延遲提供，或未能提供，Dr SEN 並不會就以上情況作出任何賠償，敬請見諒    ； 
  5. 商品將於到貨後五至七個工作天內完成發貨； 
  6. 閣下如一經下單，即表示已知悉並同意以上條款。

Pre-order Information

  1. The estimated release time for pre-order products provided by the publisher is for reference only. The actual arrival date in Hong Kong is subject to our shipping notification.
  2. Pre-order products are subject to potential stock shortages due to insufficient supply from manufacturers. This is an uncontrollable factor.
  3. Once a pre-order is submitted, it cannot be canceled. Please verify all information carefully. We are not responsible for any delivery errors caused by the information you provided.
  4. Dr. SEN will not provide any compensation for any delays or failures in providing products due to any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding.
  5. Products will be shipped within 5-7 business days after arrival.
  6. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the above terms.
